This Privacy Policy explains how applications, websites, and services published by Ilgaz Can Özveren handle user information.
Our goal is to build software that respects user privacy and collects only the information necessary to provide the intended functionality.
Information We Collect
Our applications may collect different types of information depending on their functionality. If an application does not collect personal information, this is stated in its App Store privacy declaration.
Possible categories may include device information, diagnostics, crash reports, user-provided content, contact information, or account information. Only information required for a specific feature or service is collected.
Applications That Store Data Locally
Many of our applications are designed to store data only on the user's device. When an application stores information locally, the data remains under the user's control and is not transmitted to our servers unless an online feature is explicitly provided.
TxtDrop
TxtDrop is designed as a local macOS text workspace. TxtDrop does not collect, store, transmit, or sell personal information. Notes and text snippets are stored locally on the user's Mac unless the user chooses to export them.
TxtDrop does not use analytics services, does not display advertisements, and does not require an internet connection for its core functionality.
Internet Services
Some applications may optionally communicate with internet services to provide features such as software updates, cloud synchronization, authentication, license verification, collaboration, or AI-powered features. Whenever internet communication exists, it is limited to the functionality described by that application.
Analytics
Some applications may use anonymous analytics to improve performance and reliability. If analytics are used, they are not intended to identify individual users and only technical or aggregated information is collected. Applications that do not use analytics declare that no analytics are collected.
Advertising
Some applications may display advertisements. Applications without advertisements do not share information for advertising purposes.
Third-Party Services
Applications may integrate optional third-party services such as Apple services, cloud providers, authentication providers, payment providers, or AI services. Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only when required to provide a requested service, required by applicable law, or necessary to protect legal rights or security.
Data Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the intended functionality or to comply with legal obligations. Locally stored information remains on the user's device until removed by the user.
Children's Privacy
Our applications are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children unless explicitly designed for child-oriented experiences that comply with applicable regulations.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to help protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
